We offer heavy duty wire mesh partitions for those times when extra security or strength is needed. Thicker wire and heavier channel are just two features of the heavy duty partition.

Heavy duty partitions are often used for Pharmaceutical Companies, Government Jobs, and Military Installations.

Specifications

• Mesh: 2” intermediate crimp woven diamond mesh.
• Wire: No. 6 gauge steel wire.
• Frame: 1 ½” x 3/4” x 1/8” channel with ¼” bolts 15” on center.
• Center Reinforcement: Two 1” x ½” channels riveted toe to toe through the mesh.
• Top Capping Bar: 3" x 4.1 channel fastened with 1/4" bolts.
• Corner Post: 2” x 2” x 1/8” angle.
• Intermediate Post: 2½” x 5/16” flat bar
• Floor Sockets: Cast iron floor socket
• Line Posts: For free standing partitions, 3" x 4.1 channel with a 10" x 3 1/2" x 3/8" based plate, use approximately every 15' to 20'.
• Hinged Doors: 1 1/2" x 3/4" channel with 1 1/2" x 1/8" flat bar cover all sides. Each door to have 1 1/2 pair of butt hinges.
• Sliding Doors: 1 1/2" x 3/4" channel with 1 1/2" x 1/8" flat bar cover all sides. Each door to have 4 wheel roller bearing hangers, box track, and bottom guide.
• Hardware: Mortise lock and cylinder operated by key outside and recessed knob inside or padlock hasp.
• Finish: Electrostatically applied enamel paint (Standard Colors: Black and Gray) or hot dipped galvanized.
